RADIUS service(wireless) requires Access List

Hello
I am not sure if it was caused last update(6.42.6) on one of my Mikrotiks, but with big probability yes.
The problem is, that despite I have activated attribute ‘Default Authenticate’, so the router doesn’t want to connect any client, only when I add MAC of the client into Access List.
I do not want to use Access List on router! I use MAC filter on Radius server(Debian).

In Security Profile->RADIUS …there I have not activated an attribute MAC Authentication.

Another Mikrotik(6.35.4) router with same radius configuration connect the client without record in Access List.
I would like to connect all clients to FreeRadius server without needs Access List on Mikrotik.

I destroyed all settings and created again and seems to be, that the problem has been solved.
