Radius with PoD and numeric username on pppoe

So..
From one of routers with RouterOS 2.9.35 people uses cards (with numeric logins (i.e 11231008) for pppoe-connecting to internet. Its authorizated on some Radius. And trouble in that, what manual disconnecting into billing with helps PoD-packet not works. And POD-packet going to this router, but nothing.
But alphabetical login (i.e rUmb@) disconnecting very well.
I use next Radius-attr: “User-Name;Framed-IP-Address;Acct-Session-Id;NAS-Port”

You are saying that usernames that are strictly numbers wont work in PoD?
What program do you use to send the PoD and with what additional parameters do you use to execute it?

You might want to do a packet dump of the PoD attempts and see what the difference is between a working PoD and not working PoD.

wireshark for BSD/Linux/Windows/Solaris (http://www.wireshark.org) is one example.
