During the development of 7.23 and 7.24, MikroTik struggled quite a bit with the issue where /export or /app export produced many garbage entries, although no apps are used/enabled/configured at all, examples:
They've tried to fix that, and it's mostly resolved. Unfortunately, it can still happen that with a minor version upgrade, new garbage entries are introduced when new apps are added to the library. But since 7.24:
You can manually clean them up one by one, buy running commands such as:
/app reset cinny
Or, in case you use absolutely no apps at all, you can reset all of them at once with
/app reset [find]
And those entries will disappear from the export output.
