Random Disconnects

Hello,
I have the RB4011iGS+ for a few days now and it is connected to a Fritzbox. Since I have owned the router, it regularly loses the connection to the Fritzbox for a few seconds with the message that the interface is down. This happens both with my own configuration and with the default configuration at the beginning. The Fritzbox is connected via port 1 and 3, and the problem occurs with both.

I have tried it both with and without Flow Control, as well as with and without Auto Negotiation. I have also tried several other cables. I use Firmware Version 7.16

Before that I had an Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Pro 8 and never had this problem. I have already read through some topics and could not find a solution for me. Is there anything I could try? Or do I have to return the router?

You don’t know it isn’t the fritzbox that has developed an issue :slight_smile:

What does the tik log say happened?

You could also try putting a switch between the fritzbox and mikrotik and if it still drops out see if it was tik side by looking at log. If it isn’t tik side then the fritzbox has the issue.
