Hi guys,
we don’t have many RB433 with R52Hn on board in our network.
But, some of them, randomly, reboot with apparently no reason…
We tried a lot of things (change power supply, check cables, check power strip) but we don’t understand why, sometimes, some devices keep to reboot itself.
Do you have some other advices? Should I send supout file to support@mikrotik.com of one device with this problem?

The device, after reboot, create the file autosupout.rif…
What does it mean? System failure?
What version of RouterOS you using? Try 5.18
what version of routerboot have your rb433?
/system routerboard print

At first point I have installed ROS 5.18. After first reboot, I downgraded to 5.14 just because I have other similar device with that version of RouterOS working fine…
Of course the downgrade was unuseful…

Please send that autosupout.rif file to support, we will look what caused your reboots. The file can be downloaded with Winbox, or with FTP. Let me know if you need assistance.
