random static IP clients over wifi disconnects

Bought the routerboard 2011UiAS-2HnD about 8 months back in the US.
In point format for an easier read:

  1. Did this with previous OS version, problem persists with version 6.35.2 update.
    Clients assigned static IPs get random disconnects.
    Log entry:
    wlan1: disconnected, received deauth: unspecified (1)

My understanding this was a bug a while back and it appears it still is.

How do I address this?

Bad Blocks 0.1 %

what does it mean? is it covered under the 1 yr warranty?
