range of IP's in simple queues

How can I set a range of IP’s with a set speed, not sharing bandwidth, each assigned their own. Each customer with 256/1024, not 256/1024 shared over 15 CPE’s.

Does this require each IP have its own queue?

Greetings!

I control access with the hotspot firmware and RADIUS, so I use WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Up and WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down in the RADIUS radreply or radgroupreply tables. The hotspot firmware throttles each authenticated user to this setting. You can assign it by user in radreply, or by user group in radgroupreply. I use radgroupreply and assign users to a group depending on what speed I want them to have.

Don’t know if you could apply that to a CPE or not. I might try that sometime.

pcq WILL HELP

I don’t know if that helped him, but it sure helped me!! Thanx!

I’d appreciate a tad bit more information. This is the beginners forum, I’m just getting started up. I’ve not had to limit anyone on ROS yet. Everything I’ve done to this point is p2p bridges for clients using ROS and DD-WRT.
