ranging timeout

As you can see from the subject line I’m having problems with the ranging timeout.

The link is 36.7 Miles (59.06Km).

Here is the equipment:
RouterBoard 433AH
SR71-15 (chain 0 vertical, chain 1 horizontal)
Antenna - Andrew PX3F-52 (33dBi dual polarized)
4’ Andrew LDF4.5 coax

This link is LOS and is replacing a Canopy 5.7 20Mb back haul that has been operational for 2 years. The feed horn was replaced in the dish to make it dual polarized.

The Mikrotik link will come up as long as I use a 10MHz channel. RX level is -60dBm, TX/RX Rate 65/65.

The link will not come up when using a 20 or 40MHz channel. Approximately every 4-6 seconds I get ranging timeout in the log.

There is at lease 35MHz of freq. seperation between this BH link and the nearest radio. Center freqs of 5825Mhz for the Mikrotik and 5765MHz for the other radios using a 20MHz channel.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

well is my first time with mikrotik and i use two 411AH with two sr71-15, i have an link to 45km to 20Mhz, i use nstreme + chain (0) + chain(1)+ base and cpe mode+ n only. first i test in wds mode and the troughput was very poor with ping loss. i use two antenna by side one in vertical and other horizontal of 32dBi every one. in my case the enviroment in both side is very full of interference by radios in the sourronding. the ack is in mode automatic, and the data rate in my card is defult to rf card.
