I have 2 out of a dozen sites that I have had recent problems with. The AP is a 532 with an XR5 card with the basic WDS apbridge config the other is exactly the same except a 333. All clients are 133c with either R52 or R52h cards again with basic WDS client config. Have not seen it on any of our XR or SR 9 AP/CPE. All units were fine at install. AP’s are a 333 and 532 both running 3.0rc13. The 532 clients I have just upgraded to 3.0rc13 to see if the problem goes away. The 333 clients are on 2.9.44 or 46. Log shows extensive data loss as death reason. remote setting, and any freq from 5.1ghz to 5.8ghz acts the same.
Any how I got a call about no service and looked at the ap the clients would register for a few seconds and then deauth and repeat over and over. rebooted changed freq. nothing. a day later the 532 seemed to be fine but an attempt to add a new client failed as it would not auth. yet any of the existing clients would if rebooted etc. We swapped the 333 ap everything came back fine but we now have poor ccq and bad through put. one client just a few hundered yards away had the siganl drop from the -50 to -75 range (the antenna was adjusted a few degrees). Which may or may not be related to this whole thing.
