Rate Estimator

Hi Folks.

Mikrotik have the rate estimator module?
In linux, I can estimate the rate in/out in a interface and I can do something based in data from these rate estimator module, from iptables. When a one link is full, I can redirect some traffic to link X, if I need.

Mikrotik have these resource, as iptables does?

In tools, Traffic Monitor, we can do what I need.
