How does the “Rate-Limit” radius attribute work with queues?
My RADIUS server is doing auth (PPPoE) with the Rate-Limit attribute limiting max and burst, etc, so users cant exceed set speed, but I wanted to add a queue to the mix, say if there is only a few users online they will get the “rate-limit” bandwidth, but if more users logon, that it will use a queue to start to share it equally if the connection starts to get busy..
basically I want users to go no faster than the set rate-limit, but start to equal out (lower) throughput if demand increases across the users.
can you use both?
