RB 1072 Hang

, in the last month we try the new router 1072, as our main gateway but we face a problem with this product, the problem is the device hang this is after 2 days from operation we try to reset it and repeat the configuration and update the firmware by console (netinstall) and connect again to the network but again the device hang after 1 week we can access the router but no response for example cant enable disable interfaces when we give reboot no response it’s show in lcd rebooting and stay rebooting word in lcd without reboot, then unplug the power and plug again the device work normally again for 2 or 3 days then hang again, so we remove it from the network and back to RB 1036 2s+ 8G EM and it’s work normally with the same configuration,

  • Do you have a chance to get local access by console?
  • Is it possible to get support output file at the moment of the problem?
  • Make sure you have the latest RouterOS version installed 6.32.2
    It would be great to get report to support@mikrotik.com

Thanks for your reply, for example yesterday the device work normally suddenly the interface’s stop flashing sfp 1 and 2 just continue light no ping to the connect device the log is normally so i try to reboot it by system reboot the lcd show rebooting and hang cant reboot i must unplug the power. you cant get suppout file during the problem even you cant disable or enable any interface.
