RB 1100 AH X2 can't boot after installing ntp package

Hi all,

Yesterday I wanted to install the new ntp package on my RB, and after the installation, the router doesn’t work anymore.
I can’t get an IP address anymore on any of my configured interfaces and I can’t even access it via console ?

When I want to access it via console, only after I reboot it I get some limited text output to the screen, but after the router ‘boots’, nothing more is displayed.

Is there any way that I can possible access it without doing the factory reset as I didn’t make backup as I thought that a simple thing like installing an ntp package couldn’t break the whole system

The RB is 1100 AH X2,
Thanks for any suggestions.

RouterBOARD should be accessible over COM port. Make sure COM cable is not damaged, and correct settings are used for Terminal program (115200).

There is an option to reinstall router with Netinstall, you can click “Keep Old Configuration” to save RouterOS configuration, however access to COM port is required to proceed.
