I use that configuration to make a bridge (wds) between 2 points ( 4Km ) of 5Ghz. The problem is that the signal fluctuates between -76 up tp -86! I mention that the noise is -102! What may be the problem of the singal?

Make sure your cables are in good condition. Ensure no moisture has entered the cables or connectors, replace any affected items.
Is there clear line of sight between the two locations? If not, that is the most likely problem.
Try substituting with different wireless cards and antennae.
I had a problem at one site today, two antennae of different manufacturer but nominally same gain were 5dB different when in use.
I have already did all this, and there is a good LOS
i had the same problem , actually still have wot makes me wonder is is really signal fluctuating or the noise !??
try upgrading to .45, then change hw-retries and check resluts, a bit of patient needed.
