RB 2011 UAS-2HnD set up

I just bought an RB 2011 UAS-2HnD and want to achieve the following.

  1. Create a wireless blanket.
  2. Restrict users from doing a single download of more than 40MB.
  3. Use all 10 ports for other users on my network.
  4. Access the router over the internet.
