First switch group (ether1-ether5) is unresponsive.
The PoE Ethernet ports will not link up when ethernet cable is attached.
Anybody can help us to solve this problem?
Did it ever work, or it broke since some upgrade? What version did it work with, what RouterOS version do you have now? What is connected to those ports? Did you try other devices? Are the interfaces enabled?
Using RouterOS version V5.9, But i already do a RESET and when i tried to access using port 2-10 have a default IP address for connecting: 192.168.88.1 i cannot access anymore from the web browser.
Please advice.

Use Winbox to access them. Don’t use Ether1, it has firewall and it is configured for your internet.

I already used WinBox then i can access the router thru by MAC Address and i saw from “interface” section the status of the ports is “D” is this already enabled?
