Hi I have this problem with the router RB 3011 the lcd screen is white all the fixed LEDs, the router does nothing.
Try resetting it from factory, nor enter with a console cable,winbox does not detect it, replace current transformer the problem persists.
someone can help me with this problem, it was working normal this happened.

What did you do with it before that happened? If you say nothing well then for sure something died inside, but if you move it, desk where is router, reconnected…whatever well then question is when you check other power supply did you check values? polarisation? You can open cover and make small VMI (Visual Mechanical Inspection), maybe something burn, loose cable, check voltage with multimeter… but if you don’t have any knowledge about electronics/electrics just give it on warranty, it’s best solution if you have warranty. If you don’t have warranty well maybe some “heads” on forum know some more, some “check points”…Only LCD white and upper LED’s ON? No “sound” when boot? No blinks? Right away this?
