Hello. I own this equipment(RB 3011 UiAS-RM) for some time and for some reason i encounter the following problem: I have a Gigabit connection from this provider: RCS-RDS Romania, and when i try to download torrent files, i receive request time out when i try to ping the gateway of RB 3011 UiAS-RM.(192.168.88.1).
I must say that the download starts, but after(lets say 30-45 sec) when i try to ping the gateway in cmd i see packet loss. This problem is only when i try to download torrents.
Any idea why? Thank you.
So loss ocur between your pc and router. Try with a second pc in the same time you download torrents with first pc. If there are no losses, check first pc. Also you could try limiting torrents speed to less than 1Gbps.
