Hello everyone, I have RB 4011 router and local ISP via PPPoE. But sometimes due to electricity issues our local Internet provider is Down 
So I bought LHGG Lte6 Kit to have reserve mobile internet and connected it to RB 4011. Yes I’m newbee and may be not good topology but as it is (picture below). The question is next, how can I configure this two routers to have wired Internet as main and LTE as reserve? I lost my self in those interfaces, bridges …
