RB 411 Ethernet Problem

Hi,
One of my employee had disabled the ethernet in the interface. It is RB 411 with R52 card. It was connected for PtP in Bridge mode, when i connect this radio from the other end, i can’t able to make ping, and i even not getting self ping when i connect to this radio.
Please guys help me in this regard, as my network is down whole day.

if you cannot access from ethernet nor from radio, your last option is to connect to routerbowrd using com port, login in the RB then re-enable the ethernet
