At this moment i’m testing three configurations (from three months ago):
1.- 912UAG-2HPnD + Sierrawireless MC8780 and now is working, about 0.7 Mb DL / 2,5 Mb UL. Some times, reboots, randomly.
2.- 411 UAHR + Ericcson F5521 gw , this configuration has been working for weeks but now i’ve problems. I sent the support file to Mikrotik. Its rebooting ramdonly.
3.- 912UAG-2HPnD or 411 UAHR + Sierrawireless MC7305, this configuration never worked. The usb port is not created.
So, i would like to have any of this escenarios Working stablly. Any solution, or help will be appreciated i’m desparated!!!. I’ve two application for this devices but until they are not stable i can not talk with the customers.
Does anybody knows it there is any payment support from Mikrotik to solve this problem?
I disagree with you on that. I’ve been using MK with 3G for 3 years now with 100% stability. Recently went to 4G and same results. It just depends on the modem.
Everyone can express his oppinion even if it is contradictory to mine. Just hope such oppinion leads from experience that could be prooved and not from some dirty intentions.
Sierra Wireless 312U modem
Netgear/Sierra Wireless 320U modem
Currently the 320U doesn’t work correctly with DirectIP so you are limited to 14-15mbps for 4G but it is rock solid. Both modems connect for months at a time, no reboots, perfect.
I’ve contacted support over the DirectIP issue but they really need a static IP to test but my ISP only gives out dynamic ones.
Somebody has updated the hardware support list saying it does work if it has the drivers on it but ignore that, that person I suspect was telling lies. The drivers aren’t in the modem at all.
