RB 433 showing 100Mhz cpu

I’ve noticed only now on one of my old towers after upgrade that my cpu is show 100Mhz cpu speed instead of 300Mhz

What could cause this? cpu clocking with the jumpers?

You can change it with:

 /system routerboard settings set cpu-frequency=300MHz

if not broken!
