RB 493 casing advice needed!

Hi All,

I have been looking all around for a case that could house my project built around an RB493.

I work in the events industry and have I am putting this together to be a flexible centre point of a network with different applications.

As such I have bought 3 5/2.4 cards some SMA cables and also 5/2.4 antennas.

So now I have six antennas, plus the usb power adaptor that I would like to gracefully house in a robust enclosure that allows cable access an puts the antennae in a sensible location.

So far I have failed to find an of the shelf solution, and I am looking for any pointers.

If there is nothing I will look to build something from scratch, which will be an enjoyable challenge (looking to cost in excess of £300 though!)

I have looked at these web pages so far, and nothing quite fits the bill.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Indoor solution
have a look at this http://www.jjrouter.com/
the 493 rackable case has 3 N-Type and 3 SMA holes for pigtails and if is not enough, you have enough space to drill your own.

also this… a bit cheaper

Thanks Steven, they both look interesting. Definitely space to mod them as well. I am planning to utilize the USB port as well for 3G/4G failover, so enough room for 5v adaptor aswell

glad I could help.
