the problem i did update RB 493G firmware upgrade
steps :
New Terminal
system routerboard
update \ do you want confirm update ( y : n ) y
firmware update successfully
and give me massage ( please reboot for take an effect ) device reboot BUT NOT START AGAIN ALL DOWN Ethernet down and wireless and cant access the device
What happened was a mistake in something this big problem for me I hope you can help
If the Ethernet ports are all down - you will need to log in with a serial cable - if you can’t log in - reboot with serial cable attached and see how far through the boot process you get - it is also possible to reload the firmware via the serial cable

As written, you need to attach a serial cable to your RB and see first what’s happening using a terminal program.
If you have this data then it is possible to go on further.
Just start a terminal set to 9600 1N8 connected to your RB and power it on and see what is shown there.
Thanks for reply but for more than 3 hours tying to connect and send BootLoder by Xmodem protocol dont have any response
and when RB connected on serial cable dont give me any thing in HyperTerminal
please help me what do i do
Of you ate SURE the serial cable and settings are correct and you are not able to see anything in terminal window, it is probably time for a new board
