RB-532 and RB-564 random time reset or freezing

Hi!
I have a RB-532 and RB-564 board (2.9.6 operation system)
RB-532 in cisco and 686 tonze minipci card
RB-564 in two 684 tonze minipci card
Power supply: 18V

If the Watchdog timmer is eneble the router random time rebooting.(random time ~5-10 min)
If the Watchdog timmer is disable router random time freezing. (random time ~5-10 min)

I don’t give log, after the reboot log is eresed:-(

What is the problem???
The power supply not enought?

I’ve had 2 x RB532s that were rebooting themselves with no cards installed after 2-5 min. There were both DOA, it was not watchdog or my PoE, check your boards. When using the terminal it would report hundreds of poweroutages in only a few days.

Power suppy upper 48V, after the roter not freeze, reboot.
