RB 600 Simple Queue problem

I would like to ask forum members for help:

Is there some problem with simple queue on RB600 from some version 3.15?
I noticed (3.30 and 4.2) that TX (download) direction is not measured and
because that is not limited.

add burst-limit=4M/8M burst-threshold=2M/4M burst-time=1m/1m comment=""\
direction=both disabled=no dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 interface=\
"AP2 Knapek 2,4" limit-at=128k/128k max-limit=2M/4M name=XXX parent=\

total-queue=default

Same setting on RB330 (3.30) is working well.

Hello, because no answer come I would like to add more information.
I get known, that problem with SQ is related only to one interface - wireless AP.
Another interfaces are queued fine.
When I set interface fo “all” in SQ, traffic is limited correctly.
Please, help me.
What setting could bypass interface from SQ?
