I am new to Routerboards, I am so amazed so much you can do with such a little box!
I’m having problems booting a RB750 with 2.32 bootloader, system won’t boot unless I keep pressing the reset button when connecting power jack (which isn’t very good when you’re away from the router).
This problem appeared after flashing from 4.12 to 4.17 and consequently upgrading the boot loader from 2.26 to 2.32.
the button makes the device load the ‘backup bootloader’. you can enter the “/system routerboard” menu and set the backup bootloader as the primary one (force backup bootloader). then you won’t have to use the button
why the primary loader doesn’t work is another question, which I can’t answer by not looking at it.
