RB 750 Configuration Assistance

Hi.
I’m new to the Mikrotik routers and finding it difficult to manoeuver. Please assist me configure to be able to

  1. remotely access the router online
  2. register and Lock- out users by Mac Address
  3. Assign IP Addresses.
