I have a group of RB/800 with a particular behavior. Every time I reboot them, they lose every configuration previously made, and they go back to factory default. Any idea what is causing this?
A former employee worked with these boards a few weeks ago, and I was wondering if there is something he could have done to the configuration to cause this.
can you create a supout,rif file? if yes, the flash writing ability works, and problem could be caused by something metallic that’s causing a short on the PCB board
