RB 951-2n - Cannot be re-configured or Reset

I have RB951-2n (2 months old), and have made some simple configuration, and now i cannot re configure or reset it to factory settings,after I loaded 196 hotspot users simultaneously using Winbox Terminal.

I have tried reset button several times but after that, the first configuration i had set is still there. when i try to add a new config., let say add a new hotspot user, it will be added but after i restart my RB, the user i added is gone.

I cannot also save a backup or restore.

Please help me solve this issue, this is my first RB!

This solved my problem.


Unplug all LAN and power cables
Locate the “Reset” button, it’s at the back right beside the power, use a sharp object, press and hold (make sure you can feel the press down!)
Insert power cable, continue to hold until you see bunch of lights blinking (please be patient on this process, it may take few minutes!)
Unplug the power cable, continue to hold at least another 30 seconds before releasing the reset button
