RB "CCR1016-12g" and UPS "APC Back-Ups RS550VA LCD"

Hi All!
There is a need to monitor the state of the power supply (220V).
I plugged usb-cable from UPS to RB.
Also to this UPS are connected cameras, switches etc.
I made setup and now I can control some UPS parameters.
But have problem.
I don’t know what arguments I need to write to Winbox>System>UPS:

  1. Off Line Time (can be “HH:MM:SS”)
  2. Min Run Time (can be “HH:MM:SS” or “never”)
    I don’t want the router goes into hibernation mode never.
    Router should work in any state of the UPS until the battery is completely drained.
    i have read the wiki but understood nothing.
    So the question is:
    What arguments I have to write to:
    Off Line Time - ?
    Min Run Time -?

InoX, thank you for the reply.
I have some doubts. Wikipedia says:

offline-time >
0 - the router will go into hibernate mode according the min-runtime setting and 10% of battery power event. 
In this case, the router will wait until the UPS reports that the battery power is below 10%

If I understood right my router will use hibernation mode when battery charging will be 10%.
Or “00:00:00” and “0” are different things?
