Do you see the router in Winbox Neighbors once you are connected via wireless or ethernet cable? If that is the case, are you able to connect by mac-address? If the Metal is not broadcasting any SSID, you can reset it to default settings by holding reset button before powering it up. Keep it pressed until LED light starts flashing (usually around 5-10 seconds)

In winbox we can able to view neighbour but cannot able to connect to mac address and ip address.Reset is done more than 6 times.but even though we cannot able to connect.
I recommend contacting MikroTik support, they should be able to resolve your issue.

Reset the device to defaults or make netinstall of latest long term version.
