I am planning to buy two more RB Metal 2 for my WISP for a 300 meter coverage. I am hesitant because of its range. I have my 1st Metal 2 hooked in RB951G-2HnD, mounted in a 15-foot pole, but there is no signal from it beyond 70 meters.
Question.
Assuming both is mounted in 15-foot pole. Can two Metal 2 see each other if they are mounted 300 meters apart line-of-sight? If yes, how about signal loss issue, can I still have 100% signal in the other end?

Depends on circumstances. I can imagine all types of antennas or their combinations to be working in that situation. Hard to suggest if we don’t know what else do you expect from it above that they keep the link on…
