For rb433ah Temperature range is from -30C to +60C
What do u mean about that max ambient temp.(room temperature) or max cpu temp.?

I believe the min. and max. temp is the ambient temperature. Like storage temp or humidity; you cant have water in the cpu right?

yes, it is the outside air temperature, not the CPU temperature.
