Hi

I just bought a Routerboard 1000 that i want to upgrade from 3.23 to 4.25 before configuring.

Is there is any option to install it without needing a serial cable? I don’t have any available and I need to deploy as soon as possible.

Can I use CF card instead?

there is absolutely no need for a serial cable of CF card for upgrading.

the only correct method is to upload new NPK file via FTP or Winbox, and reboot.
