I have one routerboard RB1000, and i upgrade her software to a new version of mikrotik router OS, wen she update seh get frezze and now she start reboot all the time and now i cant acess she over ethernet.
I try make a serial cabe but for some rising dont work proprety and como on the screen a crazy words.
Cant someone helpmy with this problem
is a bland new routerboard and this start hepping wen a did the upgrade to a new version 3.28.
Please i need a light on this case, i dont now wath to do now..
You can either hardware reset it (see wiki), or, if that doesn’t help, try a netinstall to an earlier version (see wiki). If the boot process is so corrupted you can’t even switch to PXE boot it sounds like it’s time to contact support.
If you see crazy words from the serial cable then you have a good cable (you are receiving data from it) but probably the wrong settings in your terminal program. The default setting for RouterBoards is 115200 baud, 8, n, 1. No flow control.
