in rb1000 start vm1, and … winbox drop connection, after this action cant connect via winbox or ssh…
also dont see router on 2level…
in manual i see only “system reset” http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/system/management.php,
i can clear “statrup-config” ?
You can hard reset the configuration:

To the right of the fans is a screwhole. Just under it are two half circles that are not connected. Close that circuit during boot.
Alternatively, you can use netinstall to reinstall the board and wipe the configuration.
after hard reset i lost my licence ?
for RouterBOARD key soft-ID wont change - unless you damage your NAND
hard reset and MAC telnet bring router to life… =)
