Got an RB1000U with 2x 8Gb Kingston x133 cards. This was running fine for a few months with Dude on one card and web-proxy cache on the other. Everything was working fine until I configured a few VLANs and upgraded to v3.30 with a few reboots.
Now the CFs show up as invalid, with a capacity of 0. Tried formatting, check-disk’ing, upgrading to v4.4 and back to 3.30 and formatting with a Windows PC (where they work fine). No good. Spoke to MT support about it, they have no clue either.
Has anyone else seen this? Any solutions? Any idea why this happens? I know Kingston have had a bad reputation here on the forums, but as the good ol’ saying goes “Kingston parts, Lexmar parts, all made in China”…
