I have the old RouterBoard 1000 series device, which has been unfunctional now.
All the link lights are glown as if it has been going some reset along with the one blue LED .
I manually checked the hardware small reset switch located there and seems to be fine.
Does crash of firmware results this? If so, how could i upload firmware in this device ? the device MAC is not visible on winbox Neighbours login too..
Any help is greatly appreciable!! 
Have you tried to connect via the serial console port?
