RB1100 configuration issue

Hello. I hope you are well. Im trying to configure a RB1100 routerboard and i want to do the followings:

My laptop is connected to Eth1 and i can open winbox through that port. I want to configure Eth2 with the IP details which my
ISP has provided me. My IP details are as below:
IP: 175.176.247.92
Subnet: 255.2552.255.248
Gateway: 175.176.247.89

I also configured a hotspot on Eth3 and also added my radius server IP on Radius.
When i go to Tools–>Ping and when i ping 8.8.8.8, i get timed out.

Can someone please tell me how i should configure it so i can be able to ping my Mikrotik router from anywhere on the world?
And yes, my ip is public ip.

Hi there

providng that the ip connection to your ISP is taking place trough the cable connected to the ether2 of your rb you can do this :

  1. open winbox and from the left menu anel choose new terminal

  2. having a shell cut and past on the prompt the following bold lines:

[admin@greencomupting]> /ip address add address=175.176.247.92/29 interface=ether2
[admin@greencomupting]> /ip route add gateway=175.176.247.89

After that you can be able to ping the router from outside. To surf the public Internet trough your cleint coming from eth1 you need to add nat rules too.
