RB1100 hags frequently

We are using RB1100 RouterOS 5.6 firmware 2.30.
This mikrotik could hags suddenly. We suggest that it happened after some hours of traffic loading wan interface. When traffic on a WAN interface is greater than 60Mbps then we are waiting mikrotik hag. If traffic on a WAN interface is less 60Mbps then mikrotik is working fine several days.

We are disappointed. What we have to check for solving this problem?

what do you mean by “hang”? can you connect to the serial port and see if the interface is responsive? send a supout.rif file to support.

I can’t connect over network. Device isn’t responding. Only hard reboot help. I will try connect to the serial port.
