We found there are lot of RX Errors on the mikrotik Port as well due to some reason our 2 ports are failed, can you please suggest how can we resolve the issue ?? We try to get the port on winbox but not able to see that MAC and IP in the system, can you please suggest the reason for the same urgently
We are badly loosing the mikrorik Ports.

In most cases i found RX errors was related to the opposite end of the cable or the cable itself.
Check your grounding, and check if cable doesn’t pass strong electro-magnetic field - if yes, use shielded cables.
What version are you running. Also “/interface ethernet print stats” can give you more detailed information about RX errors.

Please upgrade to latest v5.6 it will show more advanced RX stats for ether11-ether13. Orange LED indicate that link is 100Mpbs or 10Mbps speed.
