RB1100AH2 dropping packets on all WAN interfaces

RB1100AH2 Ver 6.15 running hotspot with 4 WAN interfaces drops packets on all WAN interfaces at the same time. We load balance all 4 WAN interfaces. After reboot it works well for some time and then the ping loss gets worst. Any suggestions welcome.

What kind of WAN speed is running over the WAN interfaces?
And what kind of blancing method do you are using?
