We have RB1100AH and RB1100AHx2; since upgrading to 6.12, both boards can not reboot; a reboot will result shutdown and we have to unplug and plug the power back in to boot it up (one board is 4000KM alway from me); these two board are purchased within 6 months period and we do not recall that we have such a problem prior to upgrade to 6.12.
Any suggestion would help, thanks in advance.
