RB1100AHx2 crash could not start

Dear All,

I have forget passowrd for My RB1100AHx2, then i reset it with hard button, after reset it could not start, if i go console and see the following error message:

RouterBoard 1100AHx2

CPU frequency: 1066 MHz
Memory size: 2048 MB

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
loading kernel from nand… OK
setting up elf image… OK
jumping to kernel code
Starting…
rm: unable to stat /var/log/*': Invalid argument rm: unable to stat /var/run/': Invalid argument
rm: unable to stat `/var/lock/': Invalid argument
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: 32: cannot create /var/run/utmp: Invalid argument
Power down.
System Halted, OK to turn off power

Please help!!!

Please use the reset button to load Netinstall mode and reinstall RouterOS. Use RouterOS v5.20 (and Netinstall v5.20) to do this.
