RB1100AHx2 inconsistent CPU usage reported

Hello,

The only RB1100AHx2 left in use is showing some strange CPU usage.
Tool/Profile is showing consistent 100% CPU usage while System/Resources is showing almost constant 0% with small spikes to 1-2%.
The unit is monitored with Dude, where the router shows again close to no CPU usage.
Any clue if Tool/Profile is somehow bugged on RB1100AHx2? Meaning instead of reporting idle is reporting used?

We have determined that this is a cosmetic issue that was introduced in v6.47 on some specific routers. We will try to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
