I have a ticket open about this, but perhaps someone else has seen the same issue.
Running the 1100AHx2 on 5.22 in a production environment, there is a single IPsec tunnel. This afternoon I found IPsec failure. The tunnel will not connect, winbox shows nothing (on all tabs) in the IPsec window , the supout shows ipsec "failure:", and the terminal says:
