RB1100AHx2-LM ?

Hi everyone, comparing the RB1100AHx2-LM to standard version, is the only difference is the 512MB ram instead of 2GB? Any other difference?
Also, in the manual it says one should use “at least DDR2 667” RAM to replace, but the picture showing bootloader shows it can work as high as DDR2 533, why is that?
