RB1100AHx2 randomly undoing/deleting changes without warning

I don’t know if anyone has come across this before but we’ve noticed it on a couple of occasions with different areas of RouterOS on this particular unit.

On April 14th, we experienced a PPPoE secret disappearing from the Mikrotik
Today, May 28th, we experienced a route revert back to it’s previous setting (gateway was 10.40.3.59 prior to changing to 10.40.3.105 - approx 16 hours later it was back to 10.40.3.59).

No safe mode was in use at any point and it appears to be random as not every change is reverting.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

RouterOS v6.7 on RB1100AHx2

I use 4 RB1100AHx2 still at 6.7 for extreme stability of this RouterOS version with this board.

Each RB support from 350 to 850 PPPoE Client.

At the moment I’ve played only with one RB1100AHx2 but I’m doing lot of test on it.. so ..many config changes..
All was fine with 5.26 ..and the same now with 6.13 (some IPsec troubles, but I’m quite sure the problem is me)

Has anyone else have access to the router, the logs report what, also what scripts are running,
