Hi community!
I installed 2 weeks ago a brand new RB1100AHx4 on a company and it’s working very well. But I have some anxiety with this data and I wish someone can confirm to me if this is normal, like one PSU works at a time, or they both sould be working. I attach a picture for a good explanation. System>Health shows 24V on PSU1 but 0V on PSU2. Both PSUs are connected to the same UPS correctly. Double-checked it.
Disconnecting it and trying one PSU at a time it’s possible but very difficult because this site can’t be interrrumpted on working hours so I should have to arrange some off-schedule work and notify a system shutdown.
